Purchase Terms & Ownership

Secure Your Lot

A 10% deposit reserves your lot and removes it from the market immediately. For Phase I waterfront lots, that is $10,000 USD.

Guaranteed Financing

Guaranteed financing is available on any balance after the buyer's initial payment, with no rejections at our seasoned and new affiliated developments.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. If a buyer withdraws, the deposit is forfeited in full.

Deed Upon Full Payment

Once Core International receives the complete wire transfer, the buyer receives the Deed. The Deed of Trust is held for fifty years.

50-Year Ownership

At the conclusion of the fifty-year term, the owner or their estate may renew for another 50 years, resell, or forfeit. A 6-month window applies after the term ends before the property reverts.

Commission Structure

Commissions are earned and paid upon full settlement only. No commission is applicable on a pending or deposit-only transaction.

A 50-Year Legacy

Upon receipt of full payment by wire transfer to Core International, the buyer receives the Deed. The Deed of Trust is held for a period of fifty years.

At the conclusion of the fifty-year term, the owner or their estate holds the first right to renew for an additional 50 years, the right to resell the property, or may choose to forfeit. In the event of forfeiture, a 6-month window follows the end of the ownership period during which a transaction may still be initiated — after which the property reverts.
